Eligibility to EPF registration in Indian:
To be qualified for registration with PF an organization must satisfy the following requirements:- A manufacturing facility with an employee of at least 20 employees.
- A company which employs more than 20 people. In this case, this is how the Central Government defines the class of these firms.
- An establishment with less than 20 employees and has been informed of registration requirements for not less than two months.
The employee and employer of the establishment have to mutually consent to apply in the form of PF for the Central PF Commissioner. A notice must be submitted to the Official Gazette from the date of the agreement.
Each employee is entitled to PF at the beginning of his tenure. The obligation of PF contribution and deduction lies in that of the employer.

Any company that wants to apply for PF is required to provide the following documents that are required:
- PAN card issued by the establishment
- Certificate of incorporation
- Cross an unpaid check from the establishment
- Address evidence that is under the company's name. It could be:

- Water
- Electricity
- Telephone bill
- Signatures of directors in specimens and authorized signatories
- Electronic signatures of the applicant who is authorized to sign it.
- If a voluntary registration is made with the approval from most employees
