Process Involved for Getting IEC (Import Export Code) In Chennai:

Application Formula:
In the beginning, you must create an application form using the format specified Aayaat Nryaat Form ANF-2A format. You must then send it to the relevant Regional Office of DGFT.

Documents:
You have to create the necessary documents about your identity and legal entity and proof of address including bank account details as well as the document about ANF2A.

File Application:
Once you have completed your application after which you must submit the application using DGFT through DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) and pay the cost for the IEC Registration.

IEC Code:
Once your application has been approved, you'll be given your IEC Code in a soft copy from the government.

Documents Required for IEC (Import Export Code) Registration in Chennai:


To be eligible for IEC Code Registration, the following documents are needed:
  • Corporate or individual's PAN Card.
  • The voter's ID of the individual as well as Aadhar document or passport photocopy.
  • The individual or company's cancel cheque copies of their current bank accounts.
  • Copies of Rental Agreement as well as Electricity Bill copy of the premises.
  • Self-addressed envelopes for the delivery of the IEC certificate by registered mail.
